Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, cold email, and calls
Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and our CRM to build lead lists and manage follow-up
Research companies and identify key contacts (HR, Ops, and DEI leaders)
Write thoughtful, tailored messages that reflect our values and voice
Set qualified meetings for the BDM team, aligned to ideal client profile
Collaborate weekly on what’s working, what’s not, and iterate accordingly
You’re energized by human connection, even in cold outreach
You’re a natural researcher and communicator — curious, clear, and personable
You care about equity, representation, and purpose-driven business
You’ve used tools like Apollo, HubSpot, or Outreach before
You love the process of opening doors, not just closing deals
Experience in staffing, HR tech, or B2B services
Familiarity with DEI, nonprofit, or mission-based organizations
