This role is designed to provide critical support to Leasing Managers throughout the entire deal lifecycle - with a particular focus on negotiation, internal approval workflows, documentation, and process management.

Based in our Manhattan office, the Leasing Analyst will play a central role in maintaining deal flow efficiency, managing CRM records, preparing supporting materials, and contributing to leasing performance analysis. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates looking to grow within a high-performing team that leverages best-in-class real estate technology and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Process & Execution

  • Support Leasing Managers throughout the lease negotiation process, from initial term sheet through execution.
  • Prepare deal summaries, internal approval packages, and coordinate with legal on lease documentation.
  • Maintain and monitor active deal pipelines, tracking timelines, milestones, and supporting deliverables.

CRM & Workflow Management

  • Manage data entry and maintenance in Yardi Retail Manager CRM, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deal status.
  • Generate leasing activity reports and pipeline summaries for internal stakeholders and executive reviews.
  • Coordinate inputs from asset management, legal, and operations to ensure a streamlined process.

Leasing Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze leasing KPIs such as rent spreads, deal velocity, occupancy trends, and retention rates.
  • Assist in the preparation of leasing dashboards, rent roll analytics, and performance presentations.
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights and market comparisons.

Research & Tenant Support

  • Conduct market and tenant research to inform lease terms, negotiations, and underwriting assumptions.
  • Support Leasing Managers with materials and analysis for tenant tours, committee meetings, and internal reviews.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, asset management, or brokerage.
  • Strong analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel; experience with Yardi Retail Manager CRM is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities with precision.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required (real estate, finance, or related field preferred).
