Summit Properties USA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Leasing Analyst to support its leasing function across a national portfolio of retail assets. This role is designed to provide critical support to Leasing Managers throughout the entire deal lifecycle - with a particular focus on negotiation, internal approval workflows, documentation, and process management.
Based in our Manhattan office, the Leasing Analyst will play a central role in maintaining deal flow efficiency, managing CRM records, preparing supporting materials, and contributing to leasing performance analysis. This is a hands-on position ideal for candidates looking to grow within a high-performing team that leverages best-in-class real estate technology and data systems.
