BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Provider Enrollment Specialist for an opportunity in Austin, TX 78727!

Job Title: Provider Enrollment Specialist

Location: Austin, TX 78727

Duration: 10+ months contract and possibility for extension

Pay Rate: $22/hr. On W2

Anticipated start date: ASAP

Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Adhere to the Quality Assurance program to improve the daily processing of applications and file maintenance transactions with a minimum quality score.
  • Makes recommendations to management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of current processes. Maintain strict confidentiality of information and job files in accordance with current HIPAA requirements.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed by daily production inventory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

Would be nice to have skills:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience enrolling and credentialing healthcare providers.
  • Detail-oriented and quality-focused focus delivering timely assessments and data entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Function independently and use critical thinking to analyze enrollments
  • Self-motivated and independent, while being able to accept direction for completion of tasks
  • Adapt to changes in strategy or approach as needed in a fast-paced, innovative environment
  • Willingness to learn a variety of enrollment types
  • Commit to ongoing learning to maintain competence in assigned tasks

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Mid to high-level computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Professional with a minimum of 1 year in a customer service and or data entry or related experience
