  • Lead staffing efforts including hiring, training, performance management, and team development
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and reporting—including annual plans and capital project oversight
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties meet safety, appearance, and quality standards
  • Ensure alignment with company-wide initiatives and long-term sustainability goals
  • Represent the organization professionally in all interactions

  • Operational execution and performance management
  • Facilities and maintenance oversight

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or Property Management preferred)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience overseeing multi-unit residential properties
  • Minimum 3 years of staff management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working with or within military housing environments
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screening
  • Must be based on Oahu or willing to relocate full-time (limited inter-island relocation support available)
