Customer Service Representative - Medical Device

Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid - 2 days WFH after training)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing medical supply company in Irvine. The role involves supporting clients with orders, product questions, and account needs while ensuring a professional and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding orders, products, and account inquiries
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely follow-up
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, warehouse, shipping) to resolve issues quickly
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and order management systems
Provide product information and troubleshoot common issues
Handle complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through attentive service
Qualifications:
2+ year of customer service experience ( medical device/medical supply experience highly preferred )
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with MS Office and order entry/CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
